Helping individuals to identify their strengths, become aware of those areas that may need a little bit of work, find ways to learn new skills and grow towards their full potential.  Facilitating businesses to solve problems, overcome obstacles, enrich the lives of their employees and become successful.  Inspires me to continually work towards achieving the most effective outcome for both the individual and the organisation.

My experience of 30+ years across mining, manufacturing and particularly health, enables me to understand the requirements of a broad range of job functions and business needs.  I have worked with all levels of employees, from those on the shop floor to senior executives and CEOs.

I am skilled in business management, workforce planning, operations management, change management, customer service and negotiation.

This experience underpinned with a Bachelor of Business, Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment means that you are in safe hands.
